What type of shipping service do you provide for International deliveries?

Your purchase to arrive via UPS international shipping services.

How much is international shipping?

International orders are $39.95 for the first item and $19.95 for each additional item.

Are duties and taxes included in the shipping?

Any taxes, duties and VAT's required on shipments to the country of delivery are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. We do not prepay or calculate the taxes but you can contact your local customs office and they can provide you with a quote based on the item(s) which you are ordering.

If I refuse my package will I receive a full refund?

Please note any packages which are not accepted and returned to us will result in forfeiture of all shipping charges, as well as all other charges we may incur, including but not limited to the full price of refused item.

How long does it take for an international package to arrive?

10-14 business days depending on your location and on customs.

International orders are non-returnable.

International orders do not qualify for Stress Free Payments.

International orders are not eligible for our price match guarantee.
